1. Q.How long until my cartridge arrives?


A. Harmony cartridges are built-to-order and shipped out once per week, typically on Friday or Saturday. USA orders typically arrive 3-10 business days after the order is placed. International orders usually arrive in 2-3 weeks, but sometimes they take five weeks or more.



  1. Q.When I placed an order, why didn't I get an email confirmation?


A. Paypal will send you a notification that you sent us money. This is your order confirmation. If you want to be sure we received your order, feel free to contact us.



  1. Q.Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?


A. Customers in the following countries will receive an email from PayPal with a USPS tracking number once your cartridge ships:

United States
Australia
Belgium
Canada
Croatia
Estonia
Finland
Germany
United Kingdom
Hungary
Israel
Latvia
Lithuania
Malaysia
Malta
Netherlands
New Zealand
Singapore
Spain
Switzerland

If you live outside those countries, I can still provide a tracking number, but USPS does not guarantee tracking once the package leaves the USA. However, the package may still be tracked anyway, either at USPS or your country's postal service.



  1. Q.Can I get full tracking outside the countries above?


A. Yes, USPS can provide this service for you upon request with Priority Express mail. However, this service is expensive - it starts around $40 and is available only if pre-arranged. If you wish to use this service, send an email to me (see below) and I will send you an invoice for the extra expenses.
