Q. How long until my cartridge arrives? A. Harmony cartridges are built-to-order and shipped out once per week, typically on Friday or Saturday. USA orders typically arrive 3-10 business days after the order is placed. International orders usually arrive in 2-3 weeks, but sometimes they take five weeks or more. Q. When I placed an order, why didn't I get an email confirmation? A. Paypal will send you a notification that you sent us money. This is your order confirmation. If you want to be sure we received your order, feel free to contact us. Q. Will I get a tracking number for my shipment? A. USA customers will receive an email with a USPS delivery confirmation number once your cartridge ships. Since USPS does not track packages outside the USA, international customers will simply get a shipping notice. Upon request I can provide proof of shipment - I always ensure that the customs form is scanned into the USPS system. If the destination country scans the package, it may show up in their postal tracking system, but there is no guarantee of that. Q. Can I get full international tracking? A.
